DMCA How to File a Copyright Infringement Complaint If you are a copyright owner, or registered agent of a copyright owner, and believe a FetDig.com account user has infringed upon your copyright through some form of written content, artwork, file, link, or other applicable date, your may submit notice to fester.com under the procedures established by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). To do so, you must present, in writing, the following information in its entirety:- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is being infringed; = The complaining party’s address, telephone number and email address; = A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law’ and – A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is being infringed; – Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; – Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing; -The complaining party’s address, telephone number and email address; – A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent of the law; and – A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to at on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed, pursuant to the DMCA Act (17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3).
