I am a morning person and typically start my day with a run, ride, or swim (or some gym workout in the winter) by 5:30-6am. It's a great way to start the day (Night owls need not apply. LOL). Being outdoors and working out is a great feeling. In addition to swimming, biking and running I also lift weights, mountain bike, hike, scuba dive and more. Fitness should be fun! I don't work everyday or long hours. So I have lots of time to enjoy life and travel if i have means and availability to travel several times a year if not more.

I am matured and I enjoy outdoor activities. Music and reading have always been my soul healing. Recently I just added dancing to my free time. I enjoyed my dance classes last weekend and it brings me joy that I am doing something that has shaped me now. I enjoyed my adventures last year with my old mates in school.
